Dr. Deters was born and raised in the Inland Northwest, and is a proud graduate of Gonzaga Preparatory School.
Trisha Kruger, MD
Dr. Kruger offers general urological care including stone disease, urological cancers (Bladder, ureteral, kidney, prostate, testis), incontinence, and ED. A special interest is the management and prevention of urinary tract stones.
David J. Mikkelsen, MD, FACS
Dr. Mikkelsen holds privileges at Sacred Heart Medical Center, Deaconess Medical Center, Holy Family Hospital and Valley Hospital.
Raymond S. Lance, MD
Dr. Lance is a fellowship trained urologic oncologist who is passionate about taking care of people and helping them improve their health through personalized medicine and application of the scientific process.
Michael A. Maccini, MD
Dr. Michael Maccini was raised just north of Spokane and graduated from Mount Spokane High School. He subsequently attended Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, followed by medical school at the University of Vermont where he graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha honors.

Dr. Voelzke is a fellowship trained urologic reconstructive surgeon who is excited to be providing surgical/medical care for men and women in the Inland Northwest.

Sue Cain, ARNP
Sue was born and raised in Arizona and came to the Pacific Northwest to attend college. Working her way through college as a pharmacy technician, she eventually discovered she loved being at the bedside rather than behind a counter and eventually went back to school for her RN.
Rachel Galazka, MS, RN, FNP-BC
Rachel has joined the team at Spokane Urology as a full-time family nurse practitioner. Her clinical interests include urinary stone disease, reproductive and sexual health including erectile dysfunction, and providing sensitive care for our LGBT+ community.
