Financial Policy

Spokane Urology participates in the Medicare and Medicaid programs as well as many other commercial insurance programs. If we participate in your insurance plan you will be responsible for all copays, deductibles, and coinsurance amounts at the time of service. You will also be responsible for any services not covered by your insurance plan. It is our expectation that you will bring your insurance card(s) with you to every visit.

If Spokane Urology does not participate in your insurance, we will do our best to accommodate the filing process of your insurance provider but you will be responsible for all charges not paid by your insurance. As a standard policy, you may be required to pay a $200 deposit on your first visit which will be applied against any charges from your visit.

If you do not have any insurance, all charges may be required to be paid at the time of service or other payment arrangements must be made with our billing staff.

Please understand that you are financially responsible for all charges accrued at your appointments unless covered and paid for by your insurance provider as explained above. If you should default on your financial responsibility, your account may be turned over to a collection agency. If that occurs, you may be charged for all reasonable collection fees incurred.
